We at Kokomoi are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of the original purchase date for our cosmetic essential oils only if the product has not been opened or used, and the pump is not broken.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or the pumped and/or is broken.
  • Items that have been purchased on clearance or sale.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form above and include it with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  3. If the item was sent by mistake, we will gladly process an exchange. If the item is broken due to delivery, please contact the delivery company right away to file a complaint and to request a return. We will hold responsible the delivery company for any damages caused during their delivery.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.
  5. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know the item you would like to exchange it for.
